Job Title: GE Engines Air Export Coordinator
Job Location: Hebron, Kentucky (CVG – Cincinnati)

We have an exciting opportunity for an Aero Engines Project Coordinator P4 to coordinate and support the movement of Aircraft Engines for repair, PM or relocation. The person will develop the pricing/ quotation process for inbound & outbound transportation, serving as a single point of contact for our existing and prospective customers. This position will be based in our Hebron, Kentucky facility.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Supports Customer Service in the incident and exception management resolution

·         Creates, builds and maintains excellent relationships with key suppliers

·         Continuously monitors supplier performance and develops improvement plan when required

·         Identifies training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled functional department

·         Provide advice based on experience and documented processes to any proper party requesting or needing assistance.

·         Contribute to problem solving seeking management advice for non-standard issues where necessary.

·         Provide “green light” approval to allow loading processes where the loading is in accordance with the storyboard.

·         Business Performance & Results

·         Responsible for (system) KPIs at station level

·         Define, monitor and enforce targets to the operational teams

·         Select and assign key positions to reach targets

·         Ensure adherence to ISO standards

·         Actively promote the exchange and adoption of new processes, procedures and work instructions to create ‘smarter’ work systems. All said new processes require acceptance from customer.

·         Other duties as assigned

Skills / Requirements:

·         Competent with LOGIS/Cargo Wise Air or similar system

·         Functionally competent with MS Office

·         Strong, applicable problem solving /analytical skills

·         Demonstrated Organizational Skills

·         High Level Leadership Skills (communication, motivation and interpersonal skills)

·         Demonstrates strong communication capabilities

·         Easily capable of making well informed decisions

·         BS/BA degree

·         Minimum 2 years Freight Forwarding experience
