We are seeking a Clinical Systems Analyst – Referrals/Cadence/Grand Central to bring their:


  • Ability support Epic Patient Access applications across a large academic healthcare organization.

  • Skill to develop and continually optimize technical solutions for efficient healthcare workflows.

  • Curiosity to ask questions and to ensure the answers are correct.

Education:

Minimum – Bachelor’s Degree (relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of).

Preferred – Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field strongly preferred.

Work Experience:

Minimum – Three years relevant experience.

Preferred – 5-7 years relevant experience in a healthcare setting.

Licenses and Certifications:

Preferred – Clinical applications certification or equivalent.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:


  • Knowledge of and ability to provide analysis and quantitative/qualitative study designs.

  • Ability to make judgments in demanding situations.

  • Comfortable accepting responsibility for leading medium to large scale projects involving multiple resources and spanning many months from start to finish.

  • Ability to interpret technical specifications and work with infrastructure analysts to design and implement technical infrastructure.

Physical Requirements:

Light: Ability to lift up to 20 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds.

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm routinely. Will include off hours; on-call rotation required.  Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
