We are looking for energetic, tech-savvy, and sales focused individuals who have their real estate license and auctioneer license that want to make a difference within your communities.  You will be the face of Auction.com and will represent the company in the conduct of live foreclosure auctions, either directly through holding auctions, or via online technology that allows remote or real-time bidding on a national basis.  You will be helping your local community thrive through educating customers on how to participate in the auctions and helping turn houses into homes.

  

Job Summary: As an Auction Support Team Member, your Area/State manager will work with you to assign daily, weekly, or monthly auctions that you will be expected to participate in.  Additionally, there are usually 1-2 training sessions leading up to each auction and these provide opportunities to improve skills while earning additional compensation.  Each auction usually requires 4-8 hours of work and you may be able to work a few hours per week or throughout the month doing administrative tasks and/or training each week. On average, you can expect between 4-16 hours per month.

Job Requirements:

• Arkansas Real Estate License

• Arkansas Auctioneer License

• Must be at least 18 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent

• Provide exemplary customer service through customer engagement

• Educate customers about various opportunities including how our auctions work and website resources we have available

• Participate in auction events

• Register bidders, audit information, work with sales receipts, and verify funds received

• Data entry of information into Auction.com proprietary software program

• Provide information & quality assurance

• Be able to scan documents

• Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills

• Be detail-oriented, organized, and have great follow through in a fast-paced work environment

• Assist with set-up and tear down of gear and have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed

• Must be able to stand for long hours and work outside in all weather conditions

• Must have own transportation

• Participate in on camera Zoom trainings throughout the month in addition to in person trainings

• Communicate with Area/State manager on a weekly basis
