The Social Services Consultant will oversees and promotes regulatory compliance in the areas of Social Wellness and Memory Care. This position requires extensive travel throughout the state of Indiana.


Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:



  • Make a difference in the lives of the patients we serve by providing them care and compassion

  • Provide oversight, training, mentoring and guidance to Social Services Directors, Social Enrichment Directors and Memory Care Support Specialists.

  • Serve as part of the regional interdisciplinary team to advance programs focusing on quality of life for our residents as well as respond to challenging behavior and social issues

  • Mediates and must be able to deal tactfully and professionally with issues that arise among residents and their families and/or assigned ombudsman.

Requirements:



  • Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.


  • Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Human Services 




  • Minimum of Five years long term care experience




  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills



  • Valid Indiana driver’s license
