Job Responsibilities
Performs a wide variety of expedite duties in support of the company's customer support activities. Ensures a timely flow of raw materials, parts, subassemblies, assemblies or finished goods from external and/or internal suppliers. Locates and expedites critical materials. Reviews and monitors open sales order reports, forecast schedules, and stock inventory. Maintains, updates and inputs material control data system or records and verifies reports for accuracy. Adjusts material counts when discrepancies are noted. Represents department in shipment status meetings an follows-up to ensure commitments are met. Demonstrates high level of expertise in problem solving, interpersonal and organizational skills.
 
Plans, schedules, coordinates and/or monitors final approval of products through the complete production cycle. Coordinates production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedules. Provides input to management; schedules and/or interfaces with marketing, sales, production and engineering managers. 
 

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Five plus years of Spares Planning/Expeditor experience preferred.
• Two plus years of SAP experience.
• Ability to work in a fast pace changing work environment in production and scheduling in support of both internal and external customers.
