As the Human Resources Administrative Assistant, you will be part of an exceptional and innovative team. The HR Administrative Assistant will provide support to the Human Resources Manager and supporting the day-to-day functions of the Human Resources Department.
How will you play an integral role?
Enter various employee information in HRIS system, E-Verify portal, and Oracle software
Generate various reports for departments throughout the company
Assist employees with problems or questions concerning employment, payroll, insurance, and qualifying life events
Provide support to employees and managers in the handling of all human resources related activities which may include; employee relations, policies, employee questions or concerns
Assist with scheduling Non-Exempt/Exempt panel interviews for Human Resource Manager
Manage employee relations programs, flowers, and catering orders as needed
Maintain company postings and HR bulletin boards
Act as liaison with other departments, leadership, and outside agencies
Generate bi-weekly insurance letters regarding leaves of absence and collects insurance payments
Manage department expenses, petty cash, and bank deposits
Maintain employee files for both active and inactive employees
Oversee the monthly Unifi bingo contest, guesthouse schedule, ball field, and grill reservations
Oversee the employee referral bonus plan
Assist with Human Resource projects as needed
Act as backup for HR Specialist when needed
Distribute and sort interoffice mail

Are you qualified for the position?
High school diploma or equivalent required, College degree preferred
1+ years of experience in an administrative role
Human Resources experience is strongly preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, & PowerPoint)
Familiarity with Oracle Enterprise System Software and HRIS/ATS systems (UKG) preferred
Notary Public required or the ability to obtain
Bilingual strongly preferred
