What will your role be?
The Industry Consultant Technical Executive in collaboration with the Sales Expert - Client Executive is to define the account strategy from an early stage and to lead its technical execution from lead generation & opportunity identification to successful implementation.
Act as executive trusted advisor for the customer advisor for the customer and represent the interests of 3DS
Develop with the Client Executives & Sales Experts, and 3DS ecosystem, a strategy to generate revenue by qualifying and driving new business opportunities for short, mid, and long-term revenue targets
Promote and apply the Dassault Systemes Value Engagement Framework for transformation opportunities and sell the 3DEXPERIENCE platform through value-based proposals
Develop strong relationships with your client's technical leaders to influence them towards our sales strategy and achieve the revenue targets
Ensure successful value delivery through timely solution implementation
Represent the interests of 3DS and act as an executive trusted advisor for the client
Demonstrate strong leadership and influence the client's transformation strategy
Orchestrate and prioritize all technical activities in a logical way to drive and ensure business objective achievement
Act as an advocate of the customer within 3DS
Be instrumental in all customers' escalation processes (technical support, customer satisfaction, account governance, etc...)
Lead and/or contribute to technical operation reviews (Technical Engagement Review, Customer Success, Business Value Assessment and Validation, Value Engagement Gate Reviews)
Aggregate customer information in order to provide a 360 view across 3DS
Understand the client's business process and be able to compare that to the industry best practice for proper communication to the 3DS ecosystem (Industry, R&D, Services, etc.)
Drive and influence team of 3DS professionals from different organizations and domains in a matrixed organization

Strong experience with customer relationship management
Organization and project management skills
Working-level knowledge regarding Aerospace and Defense industry processes and the 3DS Solutions portfolio
Pre-sales and project delivery experience
Experience in engineering or related organization not related to software sales or consulting.
Able to navigate matrixed organizations
Entrepreneurial and autonomous
DS ecosystem knowledge and ability to build a network of stakeholders and contributors within the DS network
Consultative selling experience
Strong computer technology skills
Familiarity with sales processes and tools/systems
Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations
Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in engineering/science or computer science
