Job Description:
The Quality Analyst executes QA testing against established criteria, which requires subject matter expertise of global Wealth Management credit originations. QA activities primarily focus on three areas:
1. Control Design & Expertise
2. Risks & Controls Identification/Assessment
3. Control Breaks & Resolution
Specific Responsibilities:
• Interpret firm policies and compliance requirements as it translates to Wealth Management lending policy
• Master understanding of lending life cycle and applicable policies and procedures for targeted business functions
• Coordinate as required to resolve problems at peer level or escalation as necessary
• Perform quality assurance reviews in accordance with firm policies and standard operating procedures within the Asset Wealth Management
• Communicate control failures and primary impacts to the end to end lending life cycle
• Contribute to continuous improvement and development of the overall quality program

Desirable Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related business field
• Two to four years of relevant work experience related to Wealth Management lending practices
