Job Description:

The Quality Analyst executes QA testing against established criteria, which requires subject matter expertise of global Wealth Management credit originations. QA activities primarily focus on three areas:

1. Control Design & Expertise

2. Risks & Controls Identification/Assessment

3. Control Breaks & Resolution

Specific Responsibilities:

Interpret firm policies and compliance requirements as it translates to Wealth Management lending policy

Master understanding of lending life cycle and applicable policies and procedures for targeted business functions

Coordinate as required to resolve problems at peer level or escalation as necessary

Perform quality assurance reviews in accordance with firm policies and standard operating procedures within the Asset Wealth Management

Communicate control failures and primary impacts to the end to end lending life cycle

Contribute to continuous improvement and development of the overall quality program

Desirable Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related business field

• Two to four years of relevant work experience related to Wealth Management lending practices
