Technical DevOps Specialist - Tier 1- Intern

Our DevOps team is seeking an Intern DevOps Specialist to assist with the Partner Software v4.30 Rollout and R&D Roadmap for 2021. You will also assist Partner Software’s DevOps Department by effectively providing assistance and support to DevOps technicians.

The desired candidate will be based out of Athens, GA and must possess a high level of initiative, aptitude, and energy in order to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

What your impact will be:


  • Monitor DevOps Slack Channel to assist


  • Monitor and report on DevOps queue in Team Support ticketing system


  • Create and organize JIRA tickets for R&D review


  • Assist in maintaining tickets for DevOps, Upgrade, and For Review - RD


  • Facilitate communication between DevOps and other departments


  • Maintain DevOps meeting notes


  • Assisting in client DevOps ticket resolution


  • Assist with Platform upgrades


  • Assist with product installations and troubleshooting
