Overview
i3 is searching for a highly motivated, results-oriented Instructional Systems Developer to augment and support the Government in course development planning, project management, planning timeline for design and development of Cyber formal training courses, lessons, and related courseware material (e.g. a Gantt chart, critical path method, or other agreed upon project management process).
Responsibilities
What winning in this role will look like:
Developing curriculum IAW applicable MTTL and TTL requirements as well as auditing and editing all developed courseware for accuracy, completeness, flow, balance, and clarity of understanding, IAW 39 IOS SOPs/OIs, and ACC Instructions.
Assisting in the development of Training Systems Requirements Analysis to include Mission/Task Analysis (MTA), Training Requirements Analysis (TRA), Objective Media Analysis (OMA), and Training Systems Basis Analysis (TSBA).
Assisting in the analysis of all tasks performed in the operation and maintenance of the weapon system; and assisting in producing a MTTL for each mission area.
Analyzing Task Analysis Worksheets to ensure training requirements are derived by identifying Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes (KSA) needed to perform each task, and comparing the entry level of learning to the required Bloom's taxonomy level of learning.
Providing instructional strategies, methods, media analysis, objective analysis media and a syllabus/course map.

Qualifications
What it will take to win in this role:
4+ years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree and completed CCAF ISD Certification or 7+ years of experience with Associates Degree and Graduate of AF ISD Course
Familiarity with CSCS AFCYBER Weapon System a plus
Top Secret/SCI Clearance is required or the ability to obtain
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to walk or stand on level and/or inclined surfaces and sit for extended periods of time.
Must be able to routinely climb / descend stairs.
On occasion must be able to lift 30 pounds.
Must be able to routinely grasp or handle objects, use finger dexterity, bend elbows / knees, and reach above / below shoulders.
Works in a normal office environment with controlled temperature and lighting conditions.
