Main Purpose of the Role

The eCommerce Digital Marketing Manager will support the delivery of Kimberly-Clark Professional’s transformation projects; specifically related to generating demand for KCP’s products across eCommerce distribution channels. The primary purpose of this position is to recommend, execute and analyze commercial eCommerce programs in order to meet defined revenue and ROI targets. This role will be responsible for developing a comprehensive commercial plan, in conjunction with the channel marketing teams and the transformation project team, for all of KCP’s eCommerce channels and managing the ongoing optimization of budget allocations to ensure the highest return on eCommerce investments.

Travel Requirements: estimated 20-30% travel time

Role Accountabilities:


  • Develop, execute and optimize an annual commercial plan across KCP’s eCommerce channels to ensure delivery of defined ROI targets.

  • Support channel marketing and transformation teams in developing and executing customer marketing plans for strategic eCommerce distributors.

  • Build quarterly test plan to assess new commercial programs and inform ongoing investment optimization.

  • Define cost per acquisition targets and lifetime value models; build acquisition and retention programs to achieve the defined benchmarks.

  • Set targets and benchmarks prior to commercial program execution and provide post-program analysis to key stakeholders.

  • Build and disseminate learnings around eCommerce commercial programs to key stakeholders and develop subsequent action plans based on learnings.

  • Work with cross functional teams including sales, channel marketing, marketing communications and digital shelf manager to execute commercial programs with excellence.

  • Manage day-to-day A&P budget and develop the business case to secure incremental investments based on historical program performance

  • Manage regular cadence of communication on digital marketing campaigns with sales and forecasting teams to ensure sufficient inventory positions

  • Build and share best practices in eCommerce programs with marketing, sales, global eCommerce and other relevant teams

Education & Experience

Essential:


  • Bachelor Degree, in business-related discipline

  • 5-8 years of experience in ecommerce roles with a demonstrated track record of achieving a high level digital shopping experience with strong share gains

  • Experience developing and executing commercial marketing plans

  • Demonstrated ability in ROI analysis and commercial program optimization

  • Working knowledge of digital KPIs

  • Budget planning and management experience resolving complex problems and translating to business opportunities

  • Experience working with cross-functional groups (e.g., Sales, Marketing Communications, Channel Marketing)

  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and project-management skills

  • Able to inspire, motivate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve outstanding results

  • Demonstrative positive energy to effectively represent KCP internally and externally

Preferred:


  • Experience in a B2B environment

  • History of working with sales, marketing teams and large customers to drive growth initiatives
