The Customer Success Representative will be first level technical support for clients, interpreters, and internal team members. CST member will mainly provide support for hardware and software.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide remote technical support and resolve problems to the end user's satisfaction
Monitor dashboard for tickets assigned to the queue and process as assigned
Determine source of errors by reviewing procedures and actions taken by user(s)
Execute installations and setups; resolve error messages
Walk users through performing diagnostic procedures
Communicate and document technological solutions
Perform Microsoft Windows Updates
Answer incoming phone calls and requests from clients and staff as needed
Exemplify teamwork in a highly visible and fast paced environment with minimal supervision
Process cases with high detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Stay updated on all process changes and being aware of the location of the documentation
Required Experience:
Excellent customer service skills and phone/email etiquette
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Help Desk, IT Support or similar type positions
Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems, Desktop PC applications and Windows Network Applications
Experience with Apple iOS products and operating systems
Basic knowledge of IP addressing, DNS and DHCP
Working knowledge of TCP/IP and standard networking protocols
Good understanding of troubleshooting PC components, drivers, and peripherals
Remote Work Environment:
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, tablets, and network equipment (network equipment provided by the individual)
Access to a quiet, private, and comfortable remote home office (closed door preferable)
Must meet the minimum network requirements
Expected to maintain Stratus provided equipment and home office setup
Physical Requirements:
Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 lbs.
Required to walk; sit; use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop; talk and hear
