Pro-Pipe is the largest CCTV (closed-circuit television) underground pipeline inspection company in the Western U.S. We're focused on the long-term dedication of our services to facility owners, government agencies, engineers, construction firms, and natural gas providers.

Pro-Pipe in Phoenix, AZ, now has several opportunities open for several QA/QC Technicians! This role is responsible for a variety of analytical skills including quality control/assurance initiatives, managing large databases of information, video and data review and tracking, and ensuring timely submittals are delivered to customers

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:


  • Work with and review video media files for quality assurance

  • Create and maintain accurate recordkeeping

  • Manage database and submittal spreadsheets

  • Assist with the creation of quality control standards

  • Manage complex projects through completion to include tracking and status updates while adhering to deadlines

  • Review all data for discrepancies and bring findings forward to the appropriate individual(s)

  • Review all contracts and supply critical information to appropriate resources

  • Act as customer and field liaison for branch

  • Develop and maintain GIS dataset

  • Create Thematic maps and digitize information for analysis

  • Assist with data management and identifying areas that cause potential conflict

  • Coordinate with IT and project engineers in planning, data collection, data variables and storage

  • Perform other duties as assigned by manager

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:


  • Strong attention to detail and able to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

  • Excellent command of the language with the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all levels of employees, management, outside vendors and customers.

  • Ability to navigate various computer and IT systems.

  • Ability to read, interpret, and work with documents and files such as video media files.

  • Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office, and the ability to create and edit documents and spreadsheets.

  • Ability to analyze situations, gather appropriate facts and determine appropriate action.

  • Ability to maintain satisfactory working relationships with co-workers, vendors, and the general public and other personnel.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing and prioritizing projects with multiple and often competing deadlines, and ability to work under pressure.

  • Ability, interest and willingness to create tools and processes to improve efficiency.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:


  • Minimum three years of data management experience preferred

  • Associates degree preferred and relevant and recent GIS experience

  • Prior experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Services or Construction industries preferred.
