This role reports to the Regional Talent
Acquisition Manufacturing Manager and is based at our Corporate Headquarters
office in Charlotte, NC.

The Talent Acquisition Lead - Manufacturing, will
be responsible for managing the full recruiting process of white-collar
positions for the Electrolux plant in Springfield, TN. This role will serve as
a liaison to help guide & support the on-site Talent Acquisition resources,
assist in vendor management, provide training on tools & resources, ensure
accurate data & reporting, sets and review KPI's on a weekly basis.
This role is an integral part of our team to help
support the strategic needs of the manufacturing plant, promote collaboration
& engagement, and ensure standardization with Corporate Talent Acquisition
processes, policies, & tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Acts in a Lead capacity to manage and coach the onsite recruiting team, set and measures KPIs, drives performance and accountability, continuous improvement in order to achieve high standards for the full recruiting process.
Collaborates with Talent Acquisition Leadership to design and implement our Corporate (Global & Regional) Talent Acquisition strategy.
Provides expertise to identify industry best practices and establishes internal and external benchmarks
Evaluates, implements & manages creative recruitment branding strategies, (i.e. LinkedIn, Instagram, job boards, and other social media).
Provides governance for data accuracy & integrity within the applicant tracking system for requisition activity and applicant progression
Sets key metrics & performance indicators, analyzes data, identifies opportunities and implements countermeasures to achieve sustainable results.
Ensures compliance throughout the recruiting cycle including posting, interviewing, pre and post hire employment verifications

Minimum Qualification
EDUCATION &
EXPERIENCE (Minimum Qualifications):
You possess a BA/BS degree in business or related discipline.
You have 5+ years of recruiting experience; minimum 1-year experience providing Professional recruiting support for a Manufacturing plant or Corporate function
Ability to provide training & guidance to others
Proven track record implementing full lifecycle recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent
Industry knowledge of passive and niche candidate sourcing using technology-based recruiting techniques
Demonstrated knowledge/experience using job boards, social media, direct sourcing and referral programs
Proficient using behavioral based interviewing techniques and other innovative selection methods
Knowledge of staffing vendors support & management
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), social media platforms, job boards, etc.
