Job Summary:

The IT Technician provides general user support and hardware maintenance of workstations and related peripherals as well as to assist with configuration and support of IT systems. This position provides support to remote and on-site users.

Responsibilities (Specific tasks, duties, essential functions of the job)

IT Technician I

• 
  General user support for hardware and software including maintenance of workstations and related peripherals.

  Assist with configuration and support of IT systems.

  Provide support to remote and on-site users.
  


• 
  Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
  


• 
  Comply with all company policies and procedures.

  Assist with any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications (Experience and Education)

Level I IT Technician I

* Associates degree, preferred. * Relevant IT Certification (CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified, etc), preferred. * 0-3 years' experience in a corporate IT environment (Desktop services, network services, and/or server/storage services), required. * Basic knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory, required. * A combination of training, education, and experience that is equivalent to the qualifications listed above and provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
