Gathering supplies for the crews, collecting mail and sorting fuel reports
Manually processes payroll on a weekly basis
Calculates job bonuses
Audits time worked hours and bonus amounts
Calculates and submits per diem payments bi-weekly
Creates payroll check requests as needed
Verifies and enters Time Off Requests into the system
Performs other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Proficient in the use of computers and applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with other people in and outside of the company
Ability to maintain Company and employee confidentiality at all times and handles sensitive employee information and protect Company proprietary information in an appropriate manner
Ability to follow instructions with a strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
Able to maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic, fast paced office environment
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Verifiable experience in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Must have and maintain valid state-issued driver's license, be eligible to drive a Company vehicle and meet the requirements of the Company's vehicle program, policy and/or guidelines
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Oracle software
Payroll data entry experience
Additional Details:
Work is primarily in a climate controlled / office environment with minimal safety / health hazard potential. The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, or walk with occasional lifting (overhead, waist level) from floor, bending and frequent near vision use for reading and use of computer, telephone and other office equipment.
