Responsibilities

1. Preparing documentation packets for daily shipments from the facility.
2. Capable of maintaining accurate inventory records, preparing and submitting timely reports
and performing other related clerical duties.
3. Operating office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, scanners, radios and computers as
necessary.
4. Calculating tank inventory volumes from tank gauges.
5. Familiar with Customer Service inclusive of the terminal, dock and other
information that provides valuable service to our Customers.

Qualifications

3.0 EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. High School Diploma or equivalent.

4.0 PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
1. Experience working in an industrial environment.
2. Able to work in a demanding office environment.
3. Experience in the use of computers including Microsoft Office software.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Willingness to work irregular hours if required.
6. Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
7. Able to multitask well.
8. Capable of wearing a respirator and/or other PPE at required locations or during
emergencies.
9. Because the facility and the adjoining facilities handle hazardous materials, the
labor force must be able to evacuate quickly from any location of the facility without
assistance in an emergency.
