Here's where you come in:


We are looking for someone who loves building connections with others and empowering people to be their best. That enjoys strategizing, consulting, and creating or sourcing programming for our employees across different departments - and making sure those programs stick and run smoothly. To be successful as a Senior Talent Development Consultant, you must have 5+ years of experience in Talent Development and Learning, with expertise in developing learning solutions and enterprise-wide curriculum development. A bonus would be deep experience in instructional design and expertise in career development and performance management.


As a consultant to the business, you will work closely with business leaders to understand their needs. In this role, you will advise customers through the evolving talent development initiatives. As a member of our Human Resources department, you will strategize with business and HR leaders to solve day-to-day problems with holistic programmatic solutions. The Senior Talent Development Consultant also leads all phases of the talent transformation project lifecycle from its design to deployment.


In partnership with the Talent Development team, you will make an impact by creating new projects like the design of multi-level development programs and strategies. You will then develop and facilitate the instructional materials for training designs and participant materials for live, e-learning, and virtual training.



What we would like to see from you:




  • 5+ years of experience designing, delivering, and managing enterprise-wide learning and development programs within a corporate environment




  • Strong experience developing and operationalizing cross-functional, complex learning solutions




  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills




  • Agility and ability to quickly adapt to changing demands/environment




  • Exceptional consulting, advising, and influencing capabilities




  • Exceptional strategic thinking and organizational skills




  • Must have strong MS Office skills and be above average in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint




  • Must have exceptional communication skills including written and verbal with an ability to draw discussions to a conclusion, this includes speaking in front of a group as well as interacting with senior leaders within the company
