If so, we need you to join our Team as a Principal Program Cost Control Analyst to partner with Program Management through the preparation, reporting, and in depth analysis of actual, Indicated Final (IF), Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Long Range Strategic Plan (LRSP) financials. This position is in a fast paced, strategic growth area that will require excellent time management and prioritization skills. This position is located in Oklahoma City, OK.

You will support the Sustaining Engineering team based in Oklahoma City/Tinker AFB.

Your responsibilities include:


  • Estimate at Completion (EAC) preparation and analysis.

  • Treasury/cash flow forecasting.

  • Indirect rate formulation/analysis.

  • Prepare intercompany work order (IWO) request form, establish and revise IWO as needed.

  • Project cost structure set-up and management; adherence to company policies, procedures and internal controls; and special projects as assigned.

  • Most assignments are complex and performed independently with only oversight from Business Manager.

  • Set up cost control system, monitor and control costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system.

  • Perform analyses and prepare reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines.

  • Prepare budgets and schedule for contract work and perform and/or assist in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis.

  • Prepare program plans to ensure program requirements and statement of work are captured and scheduled.

  • Perform schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost and scheduling risks.

  • Ensure adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government.

  • Incorporate contractual changes into control systems by staying aware of outstanding work against each contract in order to maintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselines.

  • Able to communicate effectively and clearly present technical approaches and findings.





Qualifications:




Basic Qualifications

1. A Bachelor's degree
in Business, Finance and/or Accounting discipline and
a minimum of 6 year of financial analysis experience or a Master's degree and 4 year minimal experience.

2. MS-Office (Advanced Excel Knowledge).

3. SAP and/or Business Warehouse experience

4. Strong communications skills, self-starter.

5. Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance.

6. Ability to obtain/maintain access to work at our facility.


Preferred Qualifications
1. Excellent analytical skills and ability to multitask are significant advantages. 2. SAP and/or Business Warehouse experience.

3. Earned Value Management (EVM) experience.
