As a Sr. Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for a team of shipping and receiving clerk and have supervisory responsibilities. In this role, you are an essential part of the customer relationship as you troubleshoot customer issues. You will maintain up to date inventory records, retrieve stored data, and respond to inquiries about inventory levels and delivery schedules.
Key Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records using computerized system
• Ensure compliance with processes and procedures to ensure customer, materials and inventory goals are met
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Ensure customer relationships are improved and maintained at satisfactory levels
• Supervise work of department

• Three to five years of previous experience
• Associate degree is preferred
• Ability to read and comprehend policies, procedures and business related correspondence.
