We are looking for Infra specialist for an immediate need. This is a client-facing role & the candidate will have regular interactions with various client managers.

Required Skills

• Develop global engineering standards for design and deployment of Cisco Webex telepresence systems for various room sizes and use cases to include physical designs, configuration guides and sample bills of material.


• Standards must also include guidelines for integration with room based control systems where appropriate.


• Familiarity with related building codes and AV best practices . Amongst others, in depth knowledge of Extron, Crestron, BiAmp and Chief products .


• Solid understanding of Samsung and LG system on a Chip architecture and functionality .


• Work on developing standards around Digital Signage and IPTV, including hardware, software, and support model.


• Work on developing standards around IPTV, including hardware, software, and support model.


• Experience with Polycom audio conference hardware . Design and coordinate implementation of telepresence systems based on requirements received from real estate staff and/or project managers (local resources will be utilized for physical implementation and cabling).


•  Ensure that deployments conform to AIG design standards and industry best practices.


• Provide usage reports on frequency, duration, etc. of deployed systems .


• Review deployment of existing systems and remediate to ensure alignment with standards where necessary


• Provide escalation support for operational issues


• Develop budgetary and financial forecasts for overall environment to include new deployments, equipment refresh schedules, ongoing licensing and maintenance.
