The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support for members of the Executive Office to ensure they can efficiently accomplish key tasks and company initiatives. Effective calendar, meeting and event planning and people management skills are critical as well as sound communication skills associated with routine and high-level written and verbal correspondence. This position requires application of discretion, confidentiality, and the ability to exercise sound decision-making at all times.
In this role you will:
Coordinate and prioritize the work schedules of executives (excluding CEO) including matters sensitive or confidential in nature
Utilize various business applications to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes
May prepare responses to routine correspondence and inquires
Receive, screen and direct incoming calls, visitors, and email
Maintain various files, records, and complex calendars
Arrange business travel, coordinate meetings and track expenses
Event planning
Bookkeeping and account/contract management and conduct invoice processing
Oversees and execute new employee recruiting and onboarding processes
May perform project research
Participate in the development and implementation of administrative standards and best practices for the organization
May maintain office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment

You need to have:
High school diploma or equivalent
One year or more of related experience
We also prefer:
Bachelor or Associate Degree
Five years or more of experience supporting senior level executives
