A week in the life of an IT Compliance Analyst includes:

• Works closely with the IT Compliance Manager to ensure that we can meet regulatory requirements with our infrastructure and systems. The IT Compliance Analyst's primary responsibilities are to support the overall IT compliance program, including:
  
  
  
  • Managing the ITCompliance and Risk Evaluation (C&RE) Program which tracks compliance against multiple standards and regulations
  
  
  • Supporting IT Change Management Program
  
  
  • Managing IT ISO Quality Management System (QMS)
  
  
  • Participating in both internal and external compliance audits
  
  
  • Supporting the integration of compliance within IT as well as other departments
  
  
  
  


• Review,analyze, coordinate, and manage IT Compliance and Risk Evaluation (C&RE) packages


• Coordinate and facilitate bi-weekly meetings for Change Advisory Board


• Audit internal processes for policy and regulation compliance and provide regular reporting and metrics to management as required.


• Participate in and support various internal and external (ISO, DCMA, CMMC) audits/assessments.


• Participate in various DIB Intel Sharing Programs


• Provide recommendations for improvements in documentation, templates, training, and processes associated with assuring compliance consistency across the Department

Job Requirements

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• College degreein Business, IT, Compliance/Governance, Communication, etc. or 3-4 years'equivalent work experience


• Work experience, for example, in administration, IT, governance/compliance, government contracting, etc.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong organizational skills


• Able to independently manage tasks


• Proven critical/analytical thinking andbeing able to make connections between concepts


• Exceptional attention to detail


• Excellent verbal communication skills


• Good persuasive writing skills


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams,and SharePoint

DESIRED:

• Knowledge of DFARS 252.204-7012, NIST 800-171, GDPR and/or the CMMC a plus


• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearancea plus. US citizenship required.


• Will accept technical certification credit for military experience, where possible
