You play a critical role and make a difference everyday by delivering timely and accurate services to our ATM, Commercial, Consumer, and other financial institution customers. You'll be trained in all areas of the vault where you will be receiving, processing, verifying, imaging and balancing deposits to insure proper credit is issued to all customers.
This role offers a casual element that takes place behind the scenes, literally inside the vault. There is no face-to-face interaction with external customers; however, you'll build crucial internal relationships to find solutions and achieve excellence in a fast-paced but relaxed environment. Teamwork and accuracy are essential for success.
All work is completed as a team, and each function is interdependent on the others. We are a close-knit, diverse group that works toward a common goal and is committed to each other's success. We "Pay it Forward" by showing empathy and assisting others when necessary.

ATTENTION TO DETAIL: You must be thorough and accurate in all transactions to improve workplace productivity, efficiency and performance.
TECHNICAL SKILLS: You'll need proficiency in 10-key speed and error accuracy, mechanical aptitude, and strong MS Office (Word and Excel).
COLLABORATION: You'll express gratitude and appreciation to others who have provided information, assistance or support.
PROBLEM SOLVER: You'll function effectively when under pressure and/or while experiencing rapidly changing or uncertain conditions to maintain business operations.
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of High School and 0-2 years of experience cash handling as a teller or in a retail environment.
