The Expeditor Assistant is responsible to gather and distribute all hardware to the plant as required by production needs.  Perform other duties as assigned to insure the plant has the necessary materials to complete pieces accurately and efficiently per the production schedule.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Gathers and delivers all hardware to the plant to insure timely and accurate production of pieces based on the
  
  published schedules.


• Delivers stored materials to the plant on an as needed basis, including but not limited to: insulation, lumber,
  
  brick, other parts and materials.


• Moves materials to and from the trailer lot to storage or as otherwise required to support the plant’s needs.


• Empties yard and shop dumpsters


• Maintains and organizes the warehouse and shop to insure easy identification of parts and materials


• Unloads delivery trucks arriving at the plant.

Our next team-member will ideally possess the following educational and work qualifications:

• A high school diploma or general equivalent (GED)


• Previous forklift experience, required


• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team environment are critical


• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with competing priorities
