The Role
The Associate Product Merchandiser North America Wholesale will support & implement the assortment direction and marketplace strategies for the Footwear business in the North America wholesale channel. As an individual with in-depth knowledge about the industry, category & market, your job is to be the go-to person for all product related matters. Your primary responsibility will be to execute all tasks & meet deadlines in line with the Go-To-Market calendar. You will also have the opportunity to drive the Kids’ division from Brief to Product launch.
Your Impact (list 4 with key responsibilities)
Communication & Presentation: Responsible for issuing monthly line lists (product bible) to all stakeholders. Own communication for all product related messages. Ensuring key stakeholders across the region are kept informed. Manage the set up & maintenance of all seasonal tools – line sheets, work sheets, seasonal bookings recap. Participate in presentations: Regional FLR, SRO & Key Account Pre-line & Pre-view meetings
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key members of cross-functional teams including PLM, Sales, Design, DTC Merchandising, Regional Merchandising, Sales Operations, Demand Planning and Supply.
Assortment Planning: Drive the Kids’ division from brief to sell-in and support the Product Merchandising team in driving the women’s & men’s business for NA Wholesale. Assist the Product Merchandiser in developing seasonal strategic merchandising plans, including “product brief” & “ILR/FLR” packs.
Admin: Own the management of samples and other merchandising tools
Who You Are
An experienced individual with excellent market knowledge and understanding of the Ugg consumers in North America. You will have a strong ‘eye’ for product and demonstrate advanced excel & analytical skills with the ability to convey findings in an impactful way. You must be an effective communicator and be able to build collaborative and successful relationships across the business. In order to thrive in this role, you must be passionate to learn and grow in the expanding Merchandising department for North America Wholesale.

Experienced Assistant Buyer/ Assistant Merchandiser ready for the next level. Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the industry
Intermediate/ Advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel
Good Microsoft PowerPoint skills
Strong communication skills – written and verbal
Experience in fashion is a must (not necessarily footwear)
Degree in business or fashion merchandising preferable or relevant experience in lieu of degree
High level of accuracy & attention to detail
Well organized, flexible, and able to quickly prioritize changing needs
Team player, with the ability to work independently
Self-motivated & proactive
Analytical mind, but also have a love for fashion & product
