Job Responsibilities
As a Technical Program Manager you will run technical programs from initiation through delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activities which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget. You will be expected to deliver business results through effective program/project planning, governance, change management, communication and training.
Projects may include developing and optimizing business processes as well as enabling supply chain excellence through cross-functional project teams to allow the business to efficiently operate and grow.
 
Job Duties Include:

• Establish program deliverables, resource needs, costs, and schedule targets to achieve program vision goals. 
• Plan project activities, assemble a cross-functional teams and other critical resources; and manage the project from start through implementation and close out. Take appropriate actions to measure progress and meet the schedule. Manage and drive project team to achieve objectives.
• Manage Organizational change: Stakeholder analysis, communications, and planning training
• Prepare and present project updates at executive reviews and escalate issues threatening the success of the project.
• Analyze performance data. Summarize final results vs. objectives and take actions to close gaps. Recommend corrective actions
• Summarize the project results and identify lessons learned to ensure effectiveness and efficiency gains are realized for future projects

Minimum Qualifications

• BS in Technical field of study
• Program Manager: 5 years of experience running projects/program teams
• Experience in semiconductor equipment industry preferred
• Must be able to communicate, both verbally and in written form, well to all levels of the organization.
