determines solutions to problems; provides guidance to coworkers

Experience: 12+ years of relevant experience required

programs, processes and projects. May manage programs and

issues for a large, specialized or complex project or multiple

projects. Provides services and oversight to projects and

operations, coordinates projects and operations regulatory

interactions, and sets overall strategies, policies, procedures,

and standards. Act as Subject Matter Expert as needed and

appropriate. Investigates, analyzes, and determines solutions to

problems; provides guidance to co-workers and management,
