The Pharma Research Specialist working under the direction of the Rx Client Research Manager, reconciles hospital and retail client Rx credits in conjunction with manufacturers/distributors/states return goods policies, and other related duties. Responsibilities also includes completion of the Exception and Federal Excise Tax Programs, to include but not limited to maintenance of the product recall database and Hospital Wait and Denials.
Primary Accountabilities:
Reconcile hospital and retail client credits, and successfully fulfill related logs and reports
Maintain CAPEX recall data, and work with RASMAS’ recall team to communicate, and or coordinate any corresponding return protocol to update and incorporate changes as needed
Fulfill the Company Exception Program and Federal Excise Tax Program
Keep detailed and perpetual written documentation of related updates
Fulfills assigned responsibilities/projects in a timely manner
Coordinates with other departments as necessary
Effectively performs other tasks as assigned
Meets all department productivity standards and deadlines
Ensures compliance with Company policies, vision, mission and values
Resolves Salesforce cases within the specified SLA (Service Level Agreement)
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma
2-3 years work experience of a reconciliation or research nature; OR any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position.
Proficient with Microsoft Suite
Proficient with Google Suite
Competent with AS/400 (or other similar computer systems)
