Title: Product Operations Specialist - Digital Platforms
Reports to: Director, Digital Platforms
Location: Anywhere in the USA
The Product Operations Specialist will assist and execute on product strategy, platform experience, and provide support for customers, users, and internal teams. This role will play an integral role in the management, oversight, and support of FranklinCovey’s Digital Platforms including its flagship All Access Pass (AAP) platform. The AAP platform is a best-in-class, highly customized LXP product available in over 20 languages with hundreds of thousands of users worldwide. This is a cross-functional role and will work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Learning Design, Localization, Sales, and Operations teams to aid and support the day-to-day operation of FranklinCovey’s Digital Platforms.
