Job Summary The Engineering Technician II is responsible for full testing on most products, reporting end results and contributing modification ideas.
Plan, set up, instrument and operate test facilities from general instructions.
Conducts tests, analyze data and make modifications on complex systems.
Troubleshoot test set up and unit under test.
Requires timely completion of tasks.
Follow and accomplish test plan of product.
Participate in VOS.
Two-year HVAC/R AAS
EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
Follow EHS safety guidelines.
On-time regular attendance.
Setup of test and instrumentation includes:
208/230/460V 3-phase 60 Hz wiring
Instrumentation and low volt wiring
General mechanical skills of sheet metal and piping assembly
Must have good working knowledge and skills in testing related to temperature, pressure, and electrical property measurement.
Good planning, organizational, documentation, and communication skills are required.
Windows 10, Office 365, MS Teams
Share and play nice. Must be team oriented.
