Job Description:

The NAM Import and Export Planning Team has an outstanding opportunity for a passionate individual to fill a full-time position assuming the role of E2E event manager. The mission of the position is to Detect, Alert and Coordinate E2E with internal stakeholders to ensure fast decision/validation for some specific Supply Chain disruptions to come or on-going. The candidate would coordinate with DC operations, Transportation, CCC and Plants/VF/Import to increase customer satisfaction.

Mission

Coordinate directly some specific high disruption / multi-nodes events (affecting several DC, several plants). Network and stakeholders depending on the event type.

→ Intervene as well as support for specific high level / single node cases (ex : transfer, specific upstream issue, import crisis...) upon decision of Planning VP.

→ Summarize the problem statement and answer proposal for immediate leadership decision.

→ Act as a referent to ensure that our existing standard processes are applied. Eventually, define & propose autonomously the right answer if no process is existing.

→ Drive Business Risk Escalation answer as part of the events to follow.

→ Coordinate with other Region Event Managers for Cross Regional topics.

→and/or by managing it faster with quick arbitration & decision.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field


  • 5 years of experience in Supply chain, Operations, and/or Logistics

  • Possess a high level of understanding of Manufacturing, global supply chain and logistics concepts

  • Experience navigating SAP, Kinaxis and Tableau


  • Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills required

  • Strong ability to influence and convince
