What do you get to do in this position?
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and refine a business plan and sales strategy for our end user market that ensures attainment of branch sales and profitability goals
Hire, develop, and coach a high performing team of Service Account Managers
Prepare account plans with individual sales reps for effective identification of sales opportunities
Initiate and coordinate development of account action plans to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction
Assist in the development and implementation of go-to market new offer plans as needed
Conduct one-on-one review with all account executives to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of account executives sales and activity performance
Ensure the service team provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all opportunities, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin
Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by account executive
Create and conduct client presentations and RFP responses with team
Assist account executives in preparation of proposals and presentations
Control expenses to meet annual budget guidelines
Adhere to all company policies, proceudrs and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
Recruit and hire account executives based on criteria agreed upon by branch and upper management
Qualifications
Engineering degree (Bachelor or higher) is preferred. A bachelor's degree in business is also accepted
Strong leadership, collaboration and drive to manage the business, the offers, and the account plans
Master of solution selling techniques
Strong communication skils (internal & external audiences)
Ability to foster cooperation across departments and business units
