The State Street Automation and Artificial Intelligence Team has the mission to develop a Cognitive Center of Excellence, and Robotic Process Automation across the business.  The Project Manager will assist and support the Program Manager to run a high performance team.   

What you will be responsible for

As Project Manager you will

• Manage projects for Automation and Artificial Intelligence team


• Ensure project governance using internal tools


• Communicate project status


• Develop reports and provide weekly updates to senior management


• Coordinate internal resources


• Streamline processes and remove barriers to making progress


• Develop project plans to track progress


• Report and escalate to management as needed


• Maintain relationships with stakeholders


• Facilitate meetings


• Create and maintain project documentation

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree, MIS degree preferred


• Minimum five years relevant experience in support, customer service, management or sales


• Excellent client facing, internal and senior executive communication skills.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.  


• High attention to detail
