•Maintain plant and machinery to a high standard - safe, reliable and efficient •Troubleshoot, find ways to improve the performance of equipment •Proactively schedule maintenance to maximise service levels •Positively contribute to the facility's development.

Qualifications

Skills & Experience required: • High School Diploma or equivalent required • 0-2+ years of experience of high-speed manufacturing equipment • Works closely with Production Team Captains • Respond to maintenance requests in an expeditious manner • Troubleshoot machine to determine discrepancy • Fix and record corrective maintenance actions • Knowledge of SAP and Quality Systems preferred • Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes • Experience of working as part of a multifunctional team, ability to network & build effective working relationships with people within the organisation at all levels • Enjoys the challenges and demands of an ever-changing platform • Views information objectively, makes logical assumptions and remains calm under pressure • Required to work during off-shifts to ensure machine uptime
