The Director of Key Accounts, Kenra Professional is responsible for leading the professional Key Account team to develop strategies and tactics to ensure long-term growth and short-term targets. The Director is a leader cross-functionally and ensures go-to market executional excellence in a manner that builds upon our strong brand equities and continues to win favor of new distribution partners, salons and stylists.

YOUR ROLE


  • Own the key account process and develop strategies, tactics, and action plans to ensure long-term growth while meeting ambitious short-term targets
  • Lead the professional Key Account team, manage its operations and resources to deliver profitable growth
  • Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement
  • Manage key account relationships to create and close strategic opportunities, while managing customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Present during customer meetings to gain buy-in and reach a joint business plan
  • Work closely with the marketing function to create successful support, channel, and partner programs
  • Propel forward our eCommerce platforms
  • Manage budgets to achieve/overachieve P&L objectives
  • Strive for executional excellence and continued process improvements

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years experience managing national/regional accounts, or equivalent professional beauty experience
  • Data & sales analysis skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft (ie Outlook, Excel, Word)
