Responsible for leading the growth of multiple brands by expanding professional distribution channels
Responsible for sales growth and development of customers and overall territory including achievement of monthly, quarterly and yearly sales and profitability targets
Lead a team of high performers to achieve new innovation/ promotional placement, new customer acquisitions, increased market share, inventory management and expense control by customer and overall territory
Develop and foster relationships with distributor partners through face to face and virtual meetings, and conduct field visits through the distributor network quarterly
Develop a comprehensive sales, marketing and education plan with team and distributor partners that aligns with overall company objectives, tracks sales out, ROI and identifies gaps and opportunities
Work as a contributing team member to share ideas, best practices and opportunities for company growth
Work with distributor partner for additional opportunities for increased sales and market share through social, digital, promotional and educational activities
An experienced Sales Leader with 5 or more years beauty industry experience, and a strong track record for accomplishing goals and developing team members
Must possess an entrepreneurial spirit while operating within corporate guidelines
Be a solution oriented individual to work with multiple customers
Excellent presentation skills
Must have strong analytical skills
Must have valid driver's license
Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Travel requirements: Up to 70% travel, 50% out of town and 20% local. Subject to change based on seasonal activities such as shows and corporate events
