Head of Production / Cell Manager

YOUR ROLE

• Supports SBU Heads in developing SBU strategies and ensures consistent implementation of BU priorities within the SBUs
• Provides strategic direction in key focus areas, programs and activities that drive profitable growth and expand market share
• Oversees strategy execution of SBUs
• Directs management team to achieve financial goals
• Decides on white spots and develops strategy
• Drives culture - creates and shapes an innovative, collaborative, and inspiring working culture

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required -- preference is chemical, mechanical, or industrial engineering. Master's degree, preferred.
• 7 - 10 years of strategic and tactical leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in CPG or related industry.
• Must have experience leading manufacturing production teams, preferably in a multinational company.
• Demonstrated ability to drive team productivity and maintain high levels of employee engagement and morale.
• Highly developed understanding of TPM methodologies and implementation to drive continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated track record of driving operational performance via strong leadership and change management skills.
