Harris OnPoint is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team!
Do you have excellent time management skills, writing ability, trade show expertise, social media savvy, website, and advertising expertise to coordinate and implement marketing and communication projects?
As the Marketing Manager your primary goals will be to assist the Sales and Marketing teams in reaching current and potential clients through various marketing communications vehicles, collateral and materials, marketing automation platforms, sales campaigns, social media, corporate website, and industry tradeshows.
What your impact will be:
Maintain a content rich editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience.
Maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact per campaign and provide monthly reports to track progress.
Coordinate logistics and execute marketing campaign in support of tradeshows/regional events, customer training conferences and webinars.
Work with sales teams to deploy campaigns geared to drive attendance at Industry Tradeshows
Distribute and assist with creating shareable content appropriate for specific territories and target audiences to spread both our brand and our content for the three (3) product lines of Harris OnPoint.
Create content for 1-2 free resources each month to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and/or other important metrics (i.e. whitepapers, case studies, press releases, etc.).
Manage posting on the company’s social media profiles, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation platforms, i.e. Pardot, ClickDimensions, Microsoft CRM/Dynamics 365) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
Develop various email campaigns to support each department within the Business Unit including calls-to-action and content creation.
Collaborate with sales representatives to produce relevant content for eblast campaigns that support the overall strategy and messaging of the business unit.
Maintain integrity of prospect and client distribution lists within the marketing automation platform.
Grow prospect email lists organically.
Update content on website and referral sites as needed.
Collaborate with sales team to provide current reporting on competitors.
Some travel may be required.
What we are looking for:
5+ years Marketing experience
Technically capable, excellent communicator, both verbal and written
Knowledge of SEO best practices for creating written content across website, blogs, social media, industry articles, web advertisements is a plus
Self-motivated initiative taker
Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel) and experience with reporting and data analysis.
A strong work ethic and the capacity to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Ability to take direction and work independently to deliver results
Develop and maintain relationships with fellow team members
Knowledge of WordPress, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and MS Office Suite is an asset
