The Opportunity

We are looking to hire a Property Manager to join our team; reporting to their Regional Manager. This position is responsible for the daily operations of the property, as well as the hiring and development of their team. The right person will be able to provide exceptional leadership to their team, while also focusing on financial performance. The Property Manager is organized, has exceptional customer service skills, and is comfortable with creating and reviewing analytical reports. Providing excellent customer service to residents and staff at all times is a vital part of interpreting the Beztak vision and brand.

Key Functions

• Motivate and hold accountable a team of employees including leasing and maintenance staff


• Ensure that that all prospects, residents and family members have positive interactions with team members


• Responsible for the oversight and execution of building operations


• Oversee budgeted financial expectations including rent collections, occupancy expectations, and expense guidelines.


• Responsible for the hiring of team members, and providing continuous learning and development of their team

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in property management


• Exceptional customer service skills


• Strong Microsoft Excel skills


• Excellent organization skills, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail
