We are currently seeking a Project Manager / Scrum Master with Secret Clearance to join our team in Arlington, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).
Day to Day Job Duties:
Manage the day-to-day activities involving multiple assigned projects. Projects are medium to large and are often complex with high visibility.
Ensure successful project oversight and progress from project initiation to closeout.
Define project quality standards.
Initiate, plan, facilitate/coordinate, execute, document, and control/monitor project activities according to PMBoK process standards.
Lead/facilitate/perform/support initiation, planning, requirements definition, design solutions, development/test, production implementation, and project close-out processes.
Prepare project PowerPoint slides and reports for project stages (i.e., project kick-off meetings, system requirements, preliminary design, critical design, production readiness, and operational readiness).
Prepare project meeting agendas, minutes, and prepare and track action items.
Using SAFe practices, conduct project and schedule/milestone reviews and briefings with project teams, stakeholders, and executive management. Prepare review/briefing reports.
Identify, document, mitigate, and manage project issues and risks.
Setup project SharePoint workspace, and update and manage project content.
Initiate and track procurement requests and activities (e.g., Bill of Materials documents, equipment-products-services purchase/transfer forms)
Prepare system change requests to evaluate or integrate hardware/software into network.
Review project work products to ensure compliance with quality.
Create, update, and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBSs) & Schedules using MS Project. Create Features/Stories and track progress using SAFe practices and procedures.
Prepare weekly accomplishments and monthly status reports.
Required Qualifications:
10-12 years experience leading multiple IT projects that are medium to large-scale.
Must possess BS/BA.
Must have 1+ years PMBoK process experience.
Must have 2+ years of experience in using SharePoint.
Must have 5+ years of experience of meeting facilitation and executive level briefing experience.
Must have 1+ years of experience using Agile, SAFe Agile, Kanban and/or DevOp methodologies.
Must have 5+ years of experience in MS Office suite including: PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Word, Outlook, MS Project, SharePoint.
Must possess an active DOD Secret or above clearanceand pass DEA Suitability
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Desired Qualifications:
PMP certification
Scrum/SAFe/Agile certification
Experience managing projects using Cisco Network/Products
