VP, Field Enablement Adoption - Field Strategy

The role will report directly to the Field Enablement Adoption Director and would be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing key strategic and tactical initiatives that will directly impact the performance objectives of the Merchant Services Field organization. Role will lead efforts to drive tool adoption and productivity to accelerate results for individual contributors and managers. S/he will help develop and support global standardization of enterprise Salesforce across Wholesale Payments. Salesforce thought leadership is a major expectation of the role, so s/he is expected to design, execute and reinforce a comprehensive field adoption roadmap. S/he will focus their efforts toward ensuring consistent coaching and feedback are provided to Sales/RM executives and manager, and improve team member's essential skills including: tool adoption (Salesforce, Tableau, DocuSign); sales execution; product and solutions knowledge; sales and relationship management skills; pipeline management; building internal networks; and time management.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for coaching and enabling individual contributors and managers up and across the entire sales organization

to perform their jobs effectively.

- Provide thought leadership on positively and creatively influencing change by researching the results from the monitoring and assessing of the skill levels

of individuals, managers and teams.

- Engage in significant collaboration with Salesforce team to ensure in depth knowledge of product and the ability to build, implement, track and reinforce roadmap for various teams within Wholesale Payments.

- Engage key Salesforce stakeholders to define business requirements, define success criteria and identify relevant use cases.

- Participate in Salesforce Release UAT.

- Implement changes and close gaps to drive key scorecard metrics and develop programs to help the team members meet or exceed the KPI criteria.

- Continue to communicate/prioritize key initiatives being rolled to the Field via various Communication channels.

- Develop, maintain and reinforce training documentation such as 'Day in the Life' materials.

- Design and roll out programs to simplify processes.

- Reduce risks and improve controls whenever possible; specifically identifying opportunities to automate controls

whenever possible.

- Accountable for successful implementation of all assigned programs and underlying objectives.

- Identify and communicate with senior leaders key facts and trends which need to be addressed in order for the business to

run effectively.

Qualifications

- 10+ years in banking or related business lending experience

- 5+ years of prior sales experience preferred

- 3+ years Salesforce user (or product manager)

- Bachelor's degree required in Business Management or related field

- Exceptional communication skills and ability to communicate and present appropriately at all levels of the organization through written and verbal methods.

- Clear understanding of overall business objectives regarding customer, employee, and profitability of the business

- Strong analytical, problem solving & process re-engineering skills. Ability to use reports, metrics and other data to identify

trends, issues and opportunities

- Proven ability to manage and resolve complex and ambiguous operational issues.

- Identify solutions and removes roadblocks for the team; know and utilize available resources to resolve issues when

appropriate

- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities to deliver results in a complex and changing environment

- Forge strong working relationships across the organization and influence others without direct control

- Ability to lead proactively through change
