SUMMARY
CSS Farms is currently taking applications for Seasonal Scale Operators. This position is responsible for weighing trucks, completing paperwork, and other office duties.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In this position you will:
Weighing Trucks and collecting/reviewing manifests
Ensure accurate and complete documentation of all inbound and outbound scale transactions.
Inspect paperwork and loads for inbound and outbound trucks and enter all information into computer system.
Take samples of inbound material if required.
Maintain order and housekeeping of scales and scale house.
Complete daily reports, maintain logs, spreadsheets, and other reports, as assigned.
All other office duties assigned
Desired Qualifications
Able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings and weekends
Must have reliable transportation to work
Ability to comprehend, read, write, and communicate proficiently in English
Experience using Windows based computer programs (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and a general aptitude with software systems
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
Expected Hours of Work
Must be available to work Saturday & Sunday from July 1st to August 31st, or longer.
Daily hours will vary with some days requiring long hours of work
