Job Details:

Job Summary: Responsible for providing support in performing Purchase Order (PO), Request for Quote (RFQ) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data base administrative tasks. Supporting Sales Account Managers and their teams in the delivery of timely and accurate responses to internal stakeholders and customers. Instrumental in overall customer satisfaction throughout every phase of the sales process. Reporting to the Sales Director and/or the Sales Account Manager, this position typically works under close supervision and direction.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Manage inside sales activities for our DoD and Commercial customers (Purchase order management, Salesforce support, order status)

  • Assist with keeping data up to date in Salesforce CRM and ability to run product reports

  • Analyze Bookings Forecast and Discretionary Expense data for accuracy, project forecasts for current and out years revenue and expenses.

  • Research leads and accounts records in the CRM tool to create, adjust, and manage Customer Contact Plans for all levels of management.

  • Manage user accounts.

  • Manage the technical process of customization of layouts, navigation within the system and translation of business user requests into enhancements.

  • Manage and monitor system support chatter group

  • Audit records for discrepancies or missing data.

  • Ensure Business Development Opportunity artifacts are available in system by linking to data repositories inside the firewall.

  • Enhance and grow capabilities and features as the company changes.

  • Work with Business Development team to update their records as well as provide back office support to customer

Minimum Job Requirements:


  • Four-year college degree, plus four or more years of related experience.

  • Experience in SalesForce

  • Self-motivated and driven with a sense of urgency to stay in front of opportunities and issues.

  • Experience working in Business Development or Product Sales environment desired.

  • Ability to drive projects/issues to completion.

  • Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges.

  • Proficient in data manipulation (Excel).

  • Must be able to travel when required.

  • Experience working with Department of Defense customers is preferred.

  • US Citizenship Required.
