We are seeking an exceptionally talented and versatile Strategic Marketing Leader within our Fitness and Wellness (F&W) segment. We provide science-based continuing education options for fitness professionals. The strategic marketing senior leader is responsible for building actionable, go-to-market strategies for new and existing products, inclusive of optimizing tactics to expand our reach beyond fitness professionals and introduce our content to allied health professionals, prosumers and consumers. This leader will work closely with the F&W Business Development Team and internal product leaders to leverage existing and future partnership strategies that can best promote our products and content to maximize potential revenue opportunities.  The leader will also be pivotal in working with the F&W Senior Leadership to formulate the long-term strategy for the business. They will partner with the F&W President Develop Board level materials in support of strategy development and execution.


 


Job Responsibilities:



  • Lead and drive all aspects and lifecycle of marketing including development of strategic approach, execution of marketing tactics and effective budget oversight for digital marketing (online strategies; organic and paid)

  • Oversee product marketing strategy

  • Lead, inspire and cultivate the development digital marketing team; seek to constantly remove roadblocks and strengthen capabilities

  • Partner cross-functional experts as a critical member of the F&W Senior Leadership Team senior to achieve segment growth and strategic goals

  • Identify strategic partnerships aligned with segment strategy. Secure partnerships and effectively align all stakeholders.

  • Accountable for hitting all lead and (insert revenue estimate dollar amount) revenue targets

  • Serve as a key F&W President partner to develop long term segment strategy. Develop Board level materials in support of strategy development and execution.

 


Required Education & Experience



  • Advanced degree (MBA) preferably from a top-tier program

  • 8-10 years or strategic consulting or similar professional services experience, delivering strategy consulting/advisory services at the corporate level from top consulting firm

  • Working knowledge of the fitness industry

  • Proven experience developing market overviews, understanding competitive positioning, analyzing market trends, and understanding customer needs

  • Demonstrated ability to lead including in an influence model without authority and to succeed in a dynamic and sometimes fluid work environment

  • Team player who is flexible to work on projects across businesses and with both internal and external stakeholders

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects to ensure their quality and on-time delivery

  • Superior communication (written/verbal), presentation, and facilitation skills

  • Superior conceptual, analytical and functional modeling skills, with ability to succinctly interpret data and strategic frameworks for executives

  • Excellent presentation and analytical skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Microsoft Teams

 


 This position is located in Gilbert, AZ. Will also consider remote candidates.
