Job Title: Industrial Account Manager(Remote)

What we're looking for:
We are looking for an Account Manager for Industrial Refrigeration. Hillphoenix is known for its forward-thinking technology and wide range of refrigeration system products. Regions under consideration for coverage are Eastern and Central US.
What you'll be responsible for in this role:
Conduct sales calls to assigned accounts as well as prospective customers to explain the products and services that our company offers.
Actively pursue and establish relationships with industrial refrigeration channel partners resulting in broader exposure to project opportunities that lead to specific revenue growth targets.
Support the Hillphoenix Industrial Dealer network in respective region
Qualify account needs while identifying contact person and follow up call frequency.
Create and close sales.
Handle price objections, negotiations and preparation of bids.
Record, update, and analyze account information to identify sales strategies and objectives.
Gather information on emerging trends within our industry from various sources.
Continually be aware of the expectations and needs of our customers and suppliers.
Process requests for literature and vendor product information.
Meet with Customers, Prospects, and Suppliers at their facilities on scheduled and unscheduled basis.
The lAM will be expected to visit with channel partners on a regular basis; minimum expected cycle is 4- 6 weeks or sooner if required.
In support of channel development and incremental revenue growth, the facilitating of training and interacting with key individuals within the Hillphoenix organization will be critical.
Visits with end users promoting the Industrial product solutions.
Leverage existing relationships that may yield Industrial opportunities.
Utilization of field sales support- Field Sales & Industrial Refrigerating Application Specialist. This support will assist both outside and inside helping to strengthen our position with potential channel partners.
Submit a weekly activity report summarizing engagement with the channel and critical market feedback; Vice f Customer.
Primary product solutions to be promoted in the industrial segment are "alternative solutions" to traditional ammonia systems.
HFC/HCFC Rack Systems < 200 TR
C02 Cascade & Trans-critical systems < 200 TR
Ultra-Law Charge ammonia (NXTCOLD) systems; 10 t 1000+ TR
This is a remote office position and salesperson will be required to maintain a home office
What are the basic qualifications?
Must have 3+ years' experience in technical sales
Minimum 5+ years sales experience
What are the preferred qualifications?
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field preferred (If applicable)
