Basic Skill Requirements:

Read and write, basic math skills. Basic computer/technology skills. Use inspection instruments. Read & understand CNC program language. Pass proficiency test & complete machine general training course. Use basic hand tools to perform minor PM on equipment. Maintain accurate records. Tracks & documents hourly production as required. Experience as machinist general or equivalent.

Job Description:

Performs proper set-ups on all machines according to provided work instructions. Inspects and gauges parts per work instructions. Makes tool offsets in CNC programs as needed. Performs minor PM on equipment as required. Tracks and documents hourly production as required. Repairs on fixtures and tooling. Unpacks, washes and repacks shipments as required. Includes Tech Cell & Job Shop Assignments. Trains as required.
