The NAM FPS Onshore Sales Leader will take ownership for delivery of functional, business, and company strategic objectives within assigned accounts and territories. In this role you will develop in depth knowledge of customers' business objectives, formulate and execute strategies to position BH and our Spoolable Composite Pipe business for long term success, lead and coach a team of regional sales managers and field sales representatives.
As NAM FPS Onshore Sales Leader, you will be responsible for:
* Lead, coach and drive sales teams & activities pro-actively for all existing and potential opportunities within the product line
* Create a solid network with industry stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, EPC's & installers, agencies and associations
* Within a geographic area responsible for selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects
* Establish operating plan targets (OP) for Region Sales Managers to address the viability of the customer, territory and/or industry segment and achieve overall orders and CM growth targets
* Ensure that opportunities for the growth and development of the product line are properly identified and recommendations made to senior management for their exploitation
* Create a value / consultative / outcome selling strategy through understanding of customers process and business model including associated key drivers
* Contribute to supply chain solutions to the local geography to increase commercial competitiveness and enhance continuity
* Keep updated on new developments and technologies within the industry for evaluation including opportunity for new product / service offering or acquisition
* Participate in the integration of new technologies within the business
* Participate in plan process to ensure Revenue, Margin, Capex and headcount needs are considered in the financial plans
* Actively ensure that own health & safety and the health & safety of all fellow workers or other workers are always preserved
* Ensure full awareness of, and compliance with, the requirements of all relevant company/ customer HSE handbooks, HSE procedures and emergency procedures.
* Promote Baker Hughes compliance and ethics policies throughout the workplace and business activities

To be successful in this role you will:
* Hold a BSc in Engineering or equivalent as minimum qualification
* Have a minimum 10 years operational & sales leadership experience in Oil and Gas industry
* have proven experience in building, engaging and motivating a geographically dispersedteam and driving team results effectively
* have advanced problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on innovative and creative solutions that result in higher profitability
* have great analytical and forecasting skills and knowledge of all business reports, including in-depth knowledge of financial statements
* Be an effective team builder with accountability for regional performance
* Come with solid existing relationships with O&G customers
* possess excellent written and oral communication skills
* have good personal discipline, planning and organizational skills.
* exhibit great interpersonal and analytical skills to lead in a matrix organization
* be Flexible, enthusiastic and committed.
* be willing to travel engaging with sales team and supporting business development opportunities
