As a SOLIDWORKS User Success Intern, you will work closely with a small team to define the road map for new and upcoming SOLIDWORKS projects.

This is a paid 6 month internship with a flexible summer 2021 start date. You will be based in the Dassault Systemes SOLIDWORKS Corp. offices located at 175 Wyman Street, Waltham, MA

What will your role be?

Support a variety of support projects and engage in analysis to identify topics that should be covered in the Knowledge Base, chat bot and/or webinars.

Attend SOLIDWORKS training courses and acquire proficiency in the software with the opportunity to obtain certifications free of charge

Participate in resellers events which are organized to improve their troubleshooting skill/knowledge of our products

Your Challenges ahead

Analyze the incoming commercial support tickets submitted by the resellers to identify common topics that should be addressed via dedicated solutions in the Knowledge base, chat bot material and/or future webinars.

Learn how to use Chat Bot creation software.

Work with technical experts to create the best possible sets of knowledge for the Chat Bot.

Analyze the forums to identify topics that should be covered in the knowledge base or webinars etc.

Perform miscellaneous projects as they occur

Your key success factors

• Actively enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in in Engineering or equivalent discipline for the duration of the internship


• Minimum cumulative GPA 3.0 /4.0 scale


• Experience with 3D modeling, SOLIDWORKS preferred, and 3D printing, familiarity with the 3D Experience platform is a plus


• Able to work onsite in the Waltham, MA office

• Demonstrate enthusiasm, curiosity and possess the ability to work autonomously or within teams


• Strong communication in English, both oral and written


• Possess well developed professionalism and customer support skills.
