POSITION TITLE

Salesforce Product Owner

POSITION OVERVIEW

The SalesforceProduct Owner will be integral to our digital transformation in Customer Experience (CX). This role will participate in our deployment of SalesforceCRM platform. After the deployment, the role will work closely with the Sales Enablement lead to build roadmaps and user stories for our on-going vision for Sales Enablement.

The SalesforceProduct Owner will report to the Customer Experience (CX) IT Capability Owner. This position is based at our corporate headquarters located in Spartanburg, SC, but has the option to work remotely. Travel requirements are minimal but may be occasionally necessary to provide on-site collaboration for projects.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with the creation of theproduct visionandroadmap


• Gathers, manages, and prioritizes the product backlog


• Prioritizes defect or bug resolution.


• Prioritize future product development


• Ensuresuser storiesare "ready" for agile delivery team


• Ensures close collaboration with the agile delivery team


• Tracks progress towards the release of a product


• Work with a cross-functional team in planning a product release


• Define customer needs and the associated features to meet those needs


• Advocates on behalf of the customer to the agile delivery team

QUALIFICATIONS - REQUIRED

• Expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud


• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Marketing, Business or other related field


• 5 years of experience as a product owner or relevant professional work


• Experience managing all stages of the product lifecycle


• Demonstrated success releasing products that meet the objectives of a roadmap


• Familiarity with agile methodologies


• Proven experience coordinating activities with agile/scrum teams


• Demonstrated communication and influencing skills
